Darren Kelly: Oldham Athletic sack manager after 5-1 defeat

League One side Oldham Athletic have sacked manager Darren Kelly after just four months in charge, reports Golsicilia.it Radio Manchester. 

The 36-year-old took charge of just eight matches after being appointed in May on a two-year contract.

Former Sunderland coach Kelly was sacked following Saturday's 5-1 home defeat by managerless Peterborough.

Oldham have won only one of their seven league games this term and are 19th in the third tier.
