Peterborough United: Concessione McCann finisce giocando carriera
Peterborough United il centrocampista di Grant McCann ha terminato la sua carriera da giocatore di concentrarsi sul coaching.
McCann, 35 anni, ha fatto 181 presenze Posh prima di partire per Linfield a gennaio, ma è stato nominato vice direttore David Robertson il mese scorso.
Ha vinto anche 39 presenze in nazionale per l’Irlanda del Nord, segnando quattro gol.
“Per giocare in Premier League e ogni campionato professionistico in Inghilterra è una cosa mi è piaciuto molto, è” ha detto al sito di Peterborough.
“Ora voglio concentrarmi su come aiutare i giovani ragazzi di Peterborough fiorire e trasmettere le mie conoscenze per loro.
“Posso concentrarmi di essere il miglior allenatore avrei potuto essere per la squadra di calcio che amo.”
Belfast nato McCann aveva magie con otto squadre durante la sua carriera 18 anni, facendo 577 presenze.
